Multi-applicable solvent-based stain-blocking primer and sealer. Ideal for interior / exterior use. Paintable in only 2 hours. Can be finished with any solvent-based or water-based top coat. Product is available in a D base version to make possible deep tones in order to facilitate coverage with dark colors topcoats.
